By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use it only for lawful purposes and only submit information you are authorized to provide. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.

Submitting a consultation request, generating a brief, or creating an account does not reserve an appointment, create a paid engagement, or guarantee that JL Systems will accept a project. Scope, fees, payment, timelines, revisions, hosting, maintenance, deliverables, and ownership are established in a separate written project agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms on project services, that agreement controls.

Provide accurate account details and protect your login credentials. Do not share access to private project information or attempt to access someone else’s account or project. Notify jls@jlsystemsllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Portal statuses, target dates, and next steps are working updates, not binding delivery commitments unless confirmed in your written agreement.

Studio-only drafts are not offers until Justin approves and issues an agreement. The assigned client can review the exact issued terms in their portal and accept with their full name and explicit consent to an electronic signature. The website records the agreement, signer account, typed name, consent, and time of acceptance. Issued agreements cannot be edited; changes require a separate agreement. Review terms carefully and contact Justin with questions before accepting. Enforceability depends on applicable law and the circumstances; this website does not provide legal advice or independent identity verification.

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You grant JL Systems permission to store, review, process, and share that material with necessary service providers solely to handle your request and provide the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to provide third-party content. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Only the studio owner can run AI brief generation and Claude lead reviews; visitors cannot generate briefs. These tools share a limit of 20 total runs per UTC day. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation and is not professional legal, financial, or security advice. It is not a quote, guarantee, or confirmed scope. Justin’s review, explicit handoff approval, and a written project agreement determine the actual work.

• Do not submit spam, malicious code, fraudulent requests, or abusive content.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe private data, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.
• Do not overload studio tools or use automated requests to abuse the site or its providers.
• Do not copy or reuse website artwork, branding, or content without permission except as allowed by law.

Website design, branding, and content belong to JL Systems or their respective owners. Portfolio concepts are illustrative and do not promise a particular result. Third-party services and linked websites operate under their own terms. Displaying a payment service or external link is not a guarantee of its availability or performance. Ownership of commissioned work is addressed in your project agreement.

The website and studio tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, JL Systems does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JL Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on a generated brief. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Paid-service responsibilities are governed by the separate project agreement.

The Privacy Policy explains collection, processing, providers, storage, and your choices. By sending an inquiry, you request a response about that inquiry and related project communications; this is not consent to marketing emails. Email delivery is not guaranteed, so contact the studio directly if a time-sensitive request needs confirmation.

JL Systems may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. Terms may be updated with a revised effective date and any notice required by law; changes do not override an existing signed project agreement.
